what are signs of being in love with someone?

i have a “thing” with this guy but we’re not boyfriend & girlfriend. my bestfriend is telling me i’m in love with him, but i don’t think i am. how would i know if im in love with him?

To be honest, I think you’d know. If you don’t think you are, then you’re probably not. You think about them all the time, you feel like your life wouldn’t be complete without them etc. all the soppy stuff.

well if hes all you think about, and you wanna spend time with him alot, and see what hes up to. If you’ve liked him ALOT for over 4 months, scientists say your considered to be “in love”. hope this helps:)

When you feel like, everything you see doesnt feel as special to you unless your love was there seeing it with you, and you’d share every moment together:)

You are obsessed with the thought of the person you love. That is the sure sign.

You also neglect what you usually do like watering the plants, getting the mail, etc. You may let things burn on the stove. Those are other signs.

And when you hear the name of your loved one, you are like in Heaven.

That is also a very sure sign.

    For me, it is:
    euphoric happiness
    no awkwardness with them, cause we are best friends
    i would never neglect what i’d have to do, cause i’d most likely hvae a motivation for it<3
    everything’s better all at once and life is freakin awesome. :) thats how i know im in love

    Love can mean allot of things for different people, to me, love is so strong you would lie for it, you would die for it, you would kill for it. Love is the strongest thing in the world. But then there is puppy love or lust that often get mistaken for love. Love is too strong to ever break or bend, you could never stop the love. People think you can fall in and out of love, but once in love you could never stop loving.
    That’s my opinion anyway.

    If you’re “in love” with someone, you will be the first to know it; you don’t need anyone else to tell you how you feel. You may decide to hide those feelings when you’re talking to others, but you’ll know.
    If your best friend is telling you things, it may be because that’s the way he/she WANTS you to feel. That part is more about your friend than it is about you.

    The feeling you get when you see them.. you get immense butterlies in you tummy , your heart pounds when you look at them your knees go wobbly , you do not stop thinking about them all day long and when you see them they take your breath away :) < << this is what i think love feels like :)
